Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 7-14 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 7-14 business days to let you know your order is on the way!  

STORE PICKUP - 300 Castle Shannon Blvd. Pittsburgh PA 15234 

Orders can be picked up on weekdays, from 10 am to 5 pm and 10 am to 3 pm on Saturday. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. 

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Fabric kits and custom designed products are made upon purchase and may take longer to ship. Expected processing on made-to-order products is 8-20 business days. 

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for machine purchases over $3000 to addresses within 50 miles of our shopIf the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.  

Orders placed before 3 pm during store hours [Monday to Friday 10 AM to 5 PM & Saturday 10 AM to 3 PM] will be delivered the next day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered 2 days from placement 

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a confirmation email 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 7-14 business days using Fedex Ground. Fedex's delivery standard is 1-5 days based on destination distance. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping charges $8 for orders under $75. Orders exceeding 50 lbs. are charged $20. Orders over $75 ship for free. Your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Sorry, we do not offer international shipping at this time. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount plus the shipping costs for the return.  

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@gloriahorn.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution
