It is hip to be square. These geometric beauties are the basic building blocks of quilting. The GO! Square Die cleanly and quickly cuts nine 2.5 inch squares that finish to 2 inch squares. This die works with additional AccuQuilt GO! block dies to create classic 6 inch, 8 inch, and 12 inch finished quilt blocks such as Spinner and Jewel Box.

How to Die Cut 2.5 Inch Squares:
• For best results, place fabric on the lengthwise grain as it goes under the roller.
• Cut 8 inch strips across the width of fabric, then fanfold into 8 inch widths.
• Place on the die and cut.
• Cut 45 squares across the width of fabric. One yard of 40 inch fabric cuts 180 squares.

Die Tips:
• A thread or two may remain where blades meet; snip if needed.
• Some blades are angled; align fabric to the shape, not the die board.
